“We all have the same 24 hours in a day.”

The WORST, right? Nobody likes being told this when it comes to the discussion around time management. Here’s the thing: while this (admittedly annoying) statement is absolutely true, the conversation around time management isn’t actually about time…it’s about attention.

We all have the same amount of time, but we DON’T have the same amount of attention, and that’s where this “Same 24 Hours” theory breaks down.

I firmly believe that not being able to get things done—or burning yourself out from piling too much on your plate—is not actually a TIME management problem. The truth? This is actually a DISTRACTION and ATTENTION management problem. Here are my two best tips for utilizing attention and distraction management!
